In his role, David will continue to strengthen the firm’s security program to address the evolving and complex threat landscape. His remit also includes ensuring that Kroll’s information security program meets business needs and client expectations.
Prior to joining Kroll, David spent three years at FIS Global (FIS), where he was Vice President of Incident Response and Threat Intelligence. His teams included global incident response, threat research, threat intelligence and privacy investigations. Through his efforts, the intelligence group worked closely with the incident response team and together they protected FIS and its customers from malicious activity and fraud.
David is also a 19-year veteran of the Seattle Police department. He was also a member of the U.S. Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force for 13 years. In the final six years of his tenure with the task force, he worked as a part-time strategic advisor/detective.
David has coordinated multiple international investigations involving breaches and attacks at hundreds of businesses as well as disrupting international money laundering operations.
